Investment objective
The Index seeks to provide a return on investment that tracks, as consistently as possible, international equities belonging principally to the real estate sector, as measured by the Citigroup Broad Property Eurozone Index.

Investment strategy
SSGA employs an index management strategy. Using a direct replication process, it seeks to purchase each security at the same weight as it appears in the Citigroup Broad Market Property Eurozone Index. The replication process is designed to achieve low turnover, accurate tracking and low costs. Our approach is to buy and hold securities, trading only when the composition of the Index changes or when cashflow activity occurs in the fund.
